Lyra Diamond Puggle
What's a puggle? A cross between a pug and a beagle! And this one has more than 10,000 followers on Instagram! Lyra is a "lemon puggle" (blonde hair with a pinkish nose) born on April 20, 2017 in Grand Junction. She has gotten to live with her older half sister, Koda, her whole life. Lyra enjoys being a model for mom and getting to know her Instagram friends. She just celebrated her 8th birthday this spring! Dr. Jeffery Young inspired millions during his 8-year run as the star of Animal Planet's Dr. Jeff: Rocky Mountain Vet. Since then, he's continued his dedication to helping animals through his companies, Planned Pethood International and Rocky Mountain Humane.
Dr. Jeff has traveled the world advocating for animal care, spay and neuter programs, animal adoptions and more. We're so lucky to have him in our state, and as a Special Guest at our the Denver Dog Fair! Dr. Jeff will be talking to fans and dog lovers all day at this booth. INCLUDED WITH ADMISSION.

Eric & Maddie the Marvelous Deaf Cattle Dog
Since 2007, Eric Melvin and his beloved deaf Australian Cattle Dogs, Angelyne ‘the Amazing” (RIP) and Maddie “the Marvelous” have made nearly 600 public presentations across the United States. With their self-created routine and training program with over 60 non-verbal cues, Eric, Maddie, and Angelyne have inspired the world with 12 dog talent show victories, 4 gold medals in dog Olympics, television appearances and their story published in 6 popular dog books including the Amazon best seller: “The Complete Guide to Owning a Deaf Dog.”
“It’s been said that a special dog comes into your life and changes everything forever. That happened to me twice,” said Eric Melvin. After Angelyne’s passing in July, 2020, a nationwide search by fans and friends helped Eric find his next canine partner to continue his work and Angelyne’s legacy. The result was finding Maddie, an 11-month-old deaf red cattle dog in Phoenix. She was driven and personally delivered to Eric in Colorado Springs in November, 2020.
Eric & Maddie’s unique message and heartwarming presentation crosses boundaries of age and ability. Some things you can expect from their show include: trick demonstration, interaction with the audience, story-telling and or poetry inspiration. Other activities include children’s coloring sheets, stickers, and Angelyne memorabilia on display.
Eric & Maddie, “the Marvelous” DEAF Cattle Dog will be appearing and offering their unique and inspiring presentation at the Denver Dog Fair at 11:00, 1:00 and 3:00 . Scooby Doo ... like you've never seen him!
HeatherAfter Cosplay participates in a lot of Dana Cain Events, interpreting different characters in her own incredible way. But her take on Scooby Doo was purely unexpected!
Heather is an artist, model and longtime cosplayer. A part of the convention scene since 1996, her passion for cosplay and all things pop culture led Heather to quickly become a Master cosplayer. By 2000 she was working as a Professional costume designer and spokesmodel. Sony Entertainment's video game department, Marvel, Image Comics, Amazon, and Google are just a few of the companies Heather has worked with, and her cosplay and artwork have appeared in numerous publications worldwide! She has been honored to be a cosplay judge and/or guest at conventions throughout the country, as well as represent various businesses and charity organizations. Heather enjoys utilizing her cosplay and artistic skills to host interactive craft workshops at conventions and other events. Participants of all skill levels are welcome to join in the fun, and create a unique souvenir to show off, and take home!

Pal is the spunkiest corgi mix! He loves to run and race with all the dogs at Cheeseman Park. His favorite things are snuggling, throwing his toys around the house just to chase them, and going on Colorado adventures.
