Harmony Dog Sports is hosting some really FUN activities for YOUR DOG at the Denver Dog Fair!
FETCH: Welcome to AKC Fetch! When dog owners are asked about activities they like to do with their dogs, the most common responses are to take their dog for a walk and to play ball (fetch) with the dog.
AKC Fetch titles were created as another activity in which owners could have fun with their dogs in the AKC Family Dog Program. Earning AKC Fetch titles provides opportunities for both physical and mental exercise. While some dogs are natural retrievers, AKC Fetch, especially at the advanced levels, will involve teaching new skills such as retrieving. AKC Fetch is designed for all breeds and mixed breeds. Included with admission.

Sure, you think your dog is fast. But have you ever wondered how fast? Can your dog outrun Usain Bolt, who has been called the fastest runner in the world? They just might: Usain’s fastest time has been clocked at almost 28 mph – yet dogs have been known to reach speeds of 35-45 mph.
Well, you no longer have to wonder how fast your dog can run. Fast CAT® – which stands for Coursing Ability Test – is a timed 100-yard dash where dogs run one at a time, chasing a lure. It’s over before you know it — and it’s nothing short of awe-inspiring to watch your dog run at top speed, ears back, eyes focused, legs strong. And if your dog is really fast, you might earn bragging rights if their name makes onto our list of top 20 fastest dogs by breed! All dogs can participate in Fast CAT. Included with admission.

SLED DOG CART RIDES!
Fueled by a team of excited Alaskan Huskies, this adventure take you on a half-mile, 10-minute course through the plains adjacent to our Denver Dog Fair! Mountain Paws Sled Dog rides continue in any weather, with a wheeled cart for you and your family. And these dogs LOVE it!
Participation is limited so sign up on the schedule sheet early! And while you're there, visit with the Alaskan Sled Dog puppies they're bringing! (These dogs are smaller than the more common Siberian Huskies, and are VERY friendly! You've been warned! Husky puppy kisses will ensue!) Restrictions: No outside dogs allowed on the rides. No one over 225 pounds allowed on the ride. Included with Admission!

The Fairgrounds has four big field areas that we're dividing into PLAY FIELDS.
BUBBLE FIELD: Everyone loves a Bubble Tower - especially DOGS! So run through the sky full of bubbles and play while your dog ties to eat them all! Included with Admission.
FRISBEE FIELD: Enjoy this fenced, off-leash area where you and your dog can play! We're even planning a fun, competitive Frisbee event both afternoons! Stay tuned for details! Included with Admission.
FAMILY FIELD: Fun activities for the kiddos liven up this field quadrant! Don't miss our Bowser Bounce House! Included with Admission.
